We have a requirement for a Business Development Manager who has a proven track record in the aerospace industry.

Our Client is a aerospace approved stockholder of multi-metal products solely supplying into the global aerospace market.

Requirements- What we need from you

  • Proven Success – Proven sales or business development success in the aerospace Industry within the united kingdom.
  • Experience - It is essential that the successful candidate has a minimum of at least 2 years of experience within the Metal sector.
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients­- Your role will be to maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied but will evolve into a product management role with staff responsibility.
  • Proactive salesperson – the company require a candidate who can quickly adapt to their new environment and generate new business for the company straight away.

Summary

Our client is a well-established stockholder based in Sheffield who have recently gained aerospace accreditations. They’re seeking a experienced & target driven business development manager who can co-ordinate the delivery of this new venture to market.

Our Client needs someone who is hardworking, driven and hungry for success. The successful candidate will proactively work to build strong relationships as part of their role within a well-established and fast-growing organisation.

What You Will Be Doing

From the moment you start at the Company you will be hands on in the commercial side of the business. Your role will be client facing; managing your own diary to visit existing and new clients converting leads into active accounts.

There will also be excellent progression within the company for the correct candidate.
